  • Aiuto è l’app milanese che ti restituisce tempo. Mettiamo in contatto Membri che hanno bisogno di una mano con Assistenti affidabili del quartiere.

  • Puoi chiedere qualsiasi errand di cui hai bisogno — da un compito molto piccolo fino a uno più grande.

    Pubblichi semplicemente l’errand e offri un prezzo all’Assistente. Se nessuno accetta, puoi aumentare l’offerta in qualsiasi momento.

    Le offerte minime sono di 10 € per le errand Open e 15 € per le errand Private. Il budget per la spesa è completamente indipendente dal prezzo offerto all’Assistente.

    Al termine di ogni errand devi confermare il completamento. Se non confermi entro 48 ore, l’errand viene automaticamente segnato come completato. Puoi anche lasciare una mancia extra se sei soddisfatto del servizio.

  • Gli Assistenti decidono autonomamente se accettare o meno un incarico. Puoi chiedere sia compiti molto piccoli (come “compra 2 limoni all’Esselunga e consegnali al mio indirizzo”) sia incarichi più grandi, come aiutare con un trasloco completo (trasporto di scatoloni e montaggio mobili).

    • Open: soluzione veloce e conveniente, visibile a tutti gli Assistenti disponibili.

    • Private: servizio premium con un ulteriore livello di protezione. L’accesso è su invito esclusivo. Per essere considerato, scrivi a private@appaiuto.com.

  • Tutti gli Assistenti devono avere residenza legale a Milano e superano un rigoroso processo di verifica tramite Stripe Identity. https://stripe.com/it/identity

  • Sì. Trattiamo i tuoi dati personali con la massima attenzione e nel pieno rispetto del GDPR.

    Cos’è il GDPR? Il GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) è la principale legge dell’Unione Europea che tutela i tuoi dati personali e i tuoi diritti sulla privacy. Ti garantisce un forte controllo su come le tue informazioni vengono raccolte, utilizzate e conservate (Regolamento (UE) 2016/679).

    Su Aiuto rispettiamo pienamente il GDPR per garantire che i tuoi dati siano trattati in modo sicuro e trasparente.

  • I tuoi dati di carta non vengono mai condivisi né con Aiuto né con gli Assistenti. Tutti i pagamenti sono gestiti in modo sicuro da Stripe.

    Per le commissioni di spesa, indichi un budget e l’Assistente acquista gli articoli per te. Al termine dell’errand, l’Assistente deve caricare una foto dello scontrino nell’app e lasciare lo scontrino fisico insieme agli articoli consegnati. L’eventuale importo non speso del budget ti verrà rimborsato immediatamente.

    I pagamenti agli Assistenti sono trattenuti per 48 ore dopo il completamento del lavoro per gestire eventuali dispute. 

  • Al momento siamo attivi a Brera, Moscova, Garibaldi, Isola e nelle università vicine. Presto ci espanderemo in tutta Milano.

  • Certo! Se hai il diritto di lavorare legalmente in Italia e vuoi guadagnare in modo flessibile, puoi candidarti direttamente dall’app.

    All’interno della stessa app puoi passare facilmente da Membro ad Assistente (e viceversa) in qualsiasi momento.

  • Sì. Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento direttamente dall’app. Tutti i tuoi dati personali saranno cancellati immediatamente.

  • Per i Membri è gratis scaricare l’app e pubblicare le richieste. Si paga solo il costo del servizio + la piccola commissione della piattaforma.

  • Aiuto is Milan’s local app that gives you back your time. We connect Members who need help with trusted neighborhood Assistants..

  • You can ask for any errand you need — from something very small to a bigger task.

    Simply post the errand and offer a price to the Assistant. If no one accepts, you can increase your offer at any time.

    Minimum offers are €10 for Open errands and €15 for Private errands. The shopping budget is completely independent from the price offered to the Assistant.

    At the end of each errand, you must confirm completion. If not confirmed within 48 hours, the errand is automatically marked as completed. You can also leave an extra tip if you’re happy with the service.

  • Assistants decide freely whether to accept a task. You can request anything from very small errands (for example: “buy 2 lemons at Esselunga and deliver them to my address”) to larger ones, such as helping with a full move (transporting boxes and assembling furniture).

    • Open: Fast and convenient help, visible to all available Assistants.

    • Private: Premium service with an extra protection layer. Access is invitation-only. To be considered, write to private@appaiuto.com.

  • Your card details are never shared with Aiuto or with the Assistants. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

    For shopping errands, you set a budget and the Assistant immediately refunds any unused amount after the job is completed.

    Payments to Assistants are held for 48 hours after completion in case of any disputes.

  • We are currently active in Brera, Moscova, Garibaldi, Isola and nearby universities. We will gradually expand across all of Milan.

  • Absolutely! If you have the legal right to work in Italy and want to earn money flexibly, you can apply directly in the app.

    You can easily toggle between Member and Assistant mode within the same app at any time.

  • Yes. You can delete your account at any time directly from the app. All your personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted.

  • Yes, downloading the app and posting requests are free. You only pay for the service + the small platform fee.
